The public website is provided for institutional information, vendor onboarding, and controlled portal access.
By using the site or portal, you agree to use it lawfully and only for legitimate business or procurement-related purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with security, scrape protected materials, misrepresent your identity, or seek access beyond what has been assigned to your company.

Informational nature of public content

Public pages provide a high-level program overview and do not constitute a binding offer, contract award, funding commitment, or open public release of the full tender package.
Detailed procurement files, attachment forms, exact evaluation criteria, bid-security requirements, performance assurances, and award mechanics remain inside official issued documents.
If there is any difference between public website wording and a controlled tender package issued through official channels, the issued tender documents govern that specific process.

Vendor applications and portal access

Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee qualification, payment instructions, document access, negotiations, or award.
Portal access is issued only after review, qualification, and any required manual verification steps.
One company may be assigned to one or more tracks, and content visibility may differ by vendor role, track, stage, and manual assignment.
Only authorized written communications from the UAH team should be relied upon for operational or procurement next steps.

Credentials and restricted materials

Portal credentials are company-specific and must not be shared outside the authorized company point of contact.
Protected documents, downloads, and submission workspaces are provided only for the approved vendor workflow and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or republished without authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and notifying the UAH team if unauthorized access is suspected.

Procurement, payment, and operational limits

Indicative dates, scope, package structure, and commercial models may change as the program evolves.
Where payment applies, bank-transfer instructions are shared privately through the controlled process and not published on the public website.
Vendors remain responsible for their own proposal, preparation, legal, regulatory, and response costs unless expressly agreed otherwise in issued documents.
Public website use does not create any entitlement to review rights, negotiation rights, exclusivity, or award.

Content ownership and external links

Site copy, design, brand assets, and released materials remain controlled by their respective owners or rights holders.
Third-party names, logos, and references are used to describe institutional relationships and project context and do not grant reuse rights.
